You dont get any choices except for drinks, as the chef hand picks the menu for you so all we had to do was sit down and wait for all six courses to start flowing. Our servers were highly professional and made sure we always had exactly what we needed, and I dont think we ever waited more than a minute or two when we needed something. The food itself was intricately complex and delicate with flavors and ingredients Ive never had before monkfish, escargot, veal and many other things. A neat experience, but given the price tag I dont think Id be able to justify going too frequently. two pro tips if youve never been before 1. drinks cost extra! 2. dont eat too much bread! Even though the servings of each of the courses is relatively small, we found ourselves full before too long. ”
